Meet The Business Team
Gerald spearheads the business strategy arm at Vanilla Resource and lives and breathes his passion for growing and transforming SMEs into sustainable businesses every single day.
While studying economics in university, Gerald developed a keen interest in entrepreneurship. This led him to undertake study trips to Israel and the United States of America to learn about their entrepreneurial ecosystems and culture.
Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Singapore Management University, Gerald went on to serve as a scholar with SPRING Singapore where he spent more than five years consulting and supporting the founders and the directors of SMEs from across a myriad of industries.
Outside of work, you will find him at the squash courts or deep in the pages of a fantasy or science fiction novel.
“I firmly believe that all of us have the capacity to achieve, but it is not always easy if we allow society or others to set our goal posts for us. I think it is very important that we define our goals and take ownership of them.”
Vivienne oversees all the operations at Vanilla Resource as well as sister company, VanillaLaw LLC. She graduated from the University of Buckingham with a Bachelor of Law (Hons) degree. She has helmed the legal department of an American entertainment, food and beverage group of companies, taking charge of investor relations and their agreement, as well as oversaw the operational management of a legal department.
With more than 20 years of legal and business administration under her belt, she has become a domain expert when it comes to establishing and maintaining, good business administrative practices for her clients. Vivienne’s expert knowledge keeps her clients’ businesses running smoothly – from basic bookkeeping to effective legal protection of assets.

Outside of work, Vivienne aspires to be a true citizen of the world, which is expressed through her love of travelling. Ever-ready for new experiences and challenges, she believes that travelling is a condensed crash course in discovering how the rest of the world lives.
“I believe everyone can achieve his or her aspirations, It is all about having courage and perseverance.”
